I had a wonderful experience in shopping for a car. Our Salesman Jay was very patient, understanding and caring to my needs as a person with a disability in making sure that I found the perfect SUV. Room and comfort were my #1 issues in shoppingfor my car. The finance department assisted me in making sure that I would stay below a certain price range on my payments as well. I was absolutely satisfied with Jose in sales , he was amazing on acquiring on our needs I honestly went in very sad and upset on my previous vehicle and the GM Manager was very courteous and I could see that they we’re working hard to get me my QX60 my dream vehicle and they absolutely did it I was so excited ,happy they are amazing I have no words but absolutely gratitude for their hard work. I went to trade in my much loved 11 year old car. I was greeted by Alex, manager, who made me feel welcome and personally walked me in to meet his professional and knowledgeable salesman Jay Reta. I discussed what I wanted and got what I asked for. I left with a beautiful car at an affordable price. My financing options were clearly explained and I chose an option that was quite comfortable for me. I was treated respectfully without word games or pressure. I am very appreciative of the many efforts these men extended to make me a happy customer.

I was traveling to Edinburg with friends when my husband saw a certified pre-used QX80 Infiniti online for around $36,000. We were immediately interested and went to the dealership to see it in person. We encountered a salesman (forgot his name unfortunately) and he was really nice and answered several questions we had. Once inside we gave him our information and the salesman spoke to his manager. We were given a $3,500 "discount" but it was the same price as online. We were confused. We asked why it wasn't a discount from the online price and the manager came over to talk to us and explained that it was a discount from the original $40,000 price and that there wasn't going to be any haggling . The manager also said that my husband's "expectation" of paying only $500 a month was unreasonable which was ridiculous because my husband never stated he was unwilling to compromise and pay more if needed. When we asked the salesman's manager why the online price was different he stated "We have Alot of customers who cross state lines bc they see our online prices and when they get here they realize it's actually more but that their prices were still good." At that point my husband and I were done. This dealership was very misleading and disappointing and it's too bad bc we really wanted to leave the city with a SUV of our own.
